Soft-wash, not blast-wash

We calibrate pressure and chemistry to the substrate. EIFS, painted surfaces, and aging stucco get low-pressure soft-wash with biodegradable surfactants — never a 4,000 PSI blast that strips paint or drives water behind the cladding.

Will pressure washing damage my building's paint or EIFS?+

Not with the right system. We soft-wash any delicate substrate at low pressure with biodegradable chemistry — safe for paint, EIFS, stucco, vinyl, and aged brick.

How often should a commercial building be cleaned?+

Most metro Atlanta buildings benefit from a full exterior cleaning every 12–24 months. Humidity and tree cover speed up mildew growth — shaded north-facing walls usually need more frequent attention.
