High-Rise Window Cleaning

Trained rope-access technicians service high-rise, mid-rise, and atrium glass with full OSHA-compliant rigging — buildings up to 40 stories across metro Atlanta.

High-Rise Window Cleaning

What's included

  • Rope access (IRATA-trained)
  • Bosun's chair and swing stage
  • Roof anchor inspection on request
  • High-rise, mid-rise, and atrium glass
  • Full OSHA-compliant rigging plans
  • $2M general liability + workers' comp

Rigging plans, not improvisation

Every high-rise job starts with a written rigging plan, an anchor-point review, and a job hazard analysis. We don't show up and figure it out on the roof — your property gets a documented, repeatable program.

Mid-rise and atrium specialists

Not every building needs a 40-story rope drop. We also handle 5–15 story mid-rise and complex interior atriums where ground-based pole systems can't reach.

Frequently asked

Are you certified for rope-access work?+

Yes. Our technicians are trained to industry rope-access standards, and we carry $2M general liability plus workers' comp coverage on every high-rise job.

Do you inspect our roof anchors first?+

Always. We won't drop a line off any anchor we haven't verified — either visually with a load test or via your existing third-party certification.

Can you clean a building that doesn't have anchors?+

Yes — we mobilize swing stages or counterweighted rigging when anchors don't exist. We'll recommend the right approach during the site walk.

How often should a high-rise be cleaned?+

Class-A high-rises in Atlanta typically run on a twice-per-year exterior glass program, sometimes more during heavy pollen season.
