Hot water lifts what cold water leaves
Cold-water rigs push oil and grease around. Our hot-water units run up to 200°F — that's the only way to actually break the bond on dumpster-pad grease, drive-thru oil, and food-court spills.
Sidewalk programs for shopping centers
Most retail centers benefit from quarterly sidewalk and entryway cleanings. We work overnight to keep storefronts open and the parking lot clear for opening.
Frequently asked
Will hot water damage my concrete or pavers?+
No. Hot water actually allows lower pressure, which is gentler on aging concrete and decorative pavers than a cold high-pressure blast.
Can you remove gum from sidewalks?+
Yes. Our surface cleaners and steam wands remove gum, food stains, and tar without etching the concrete.
Do you handle dumpster pads?+
Yes — degreasing and deodorizing. We can capture wash water on pads that drain to storm sewer.
How do you handle Georgia red clay?+
Red clay responds to hot water and a surfactant pre-treatment. Even old set-in stains usually lift on the first pass.
